Gourami Bullying Glo Tetra By Chasing Resulting In Glo Tetra Not Eatin

I have a 20 gallon tank with 4 zebra danios, 1 blue powder gourami and 5 glow tetra. I just go the glow tetra on Thursday and fed them that day and they ate nothing. The day they got into the tank the gourami has been chasing them but the funny thing is the he has never chased the zebra danios. Now today it is Saturday the chasing is better but still chasing them nowhere near as bad ad Thursday though. I feed everybody today and the gourami and the danios eat but not any of the glow tetra, they just stay i. One place and swim around. Please i need help i am begging you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am using tropical flakes by the way if that helps. Now that I think about it the gourami aggression hasent changed from the first day and today is saturday.
