So I was told 2 gouramis would be fine in a 30 gallon tank together, and online information agreed. But my gourami is chasing the other around the tank.
Its not stress related because my water test checked out fine. It's not territorial because he's not protecting any particular spot and I re-arranged everything and it didn't help. I even bought new furnishing and it didn't work. It's not food related because he just does it all the time. They are both males, so breedings out...
My fish store won't take him back so I have him in a small isolation tank I use as an infirmary. I hate to have him in there by himself, but its too small to add another fish in. I read online that if you leave a bully fish in a net in water over night he will stop bullying but I REALLY don't wanna do that because I hate seeing my fish sad :( lol <3
Please oh please oh please help! There's plenty of hiding space for my fish but nothings working. I just want my happily ever after for mi fishiezz <3

Its definitely because they are both males, the only thing you can do is separate them for good. I had the same exact problem. Try to find another fish store that would take him or try to find another tank.

put in a divider, or make a divider out of rocks, so they cannot see each other

Okay I'll see if another store will take him :'(
Also I noticed that the bullied gourami will swim slanted when the blue one is in the same tank? is it stress related?
