this is rice fish

there are different types but look similiar but different colour

yes they get about the same body size as a guppy. They are commonly called blue eye rice fish for the obvious reason. Pseudomugil signifer is called a blue eye rainbowfish for the same reason. And if you want a fish with green eyes then look at emperor tetras. The females have green eyes but the males have blue.
