Good Or Bad?

For some reason I recall looking on one of these forums and seeing someone post a picture of these little guys and someone saying it was something he should get rid of... I recently found a cupple of them on my live rock... They are light blue and about 1 cm. and have 10 little tentacle things! Please help

Without a photo it's hard to be definite but it sounds like Aptasia anemones?

Doesn't work, just Google Aptasia anemone and check yourself or upload an image to photobucket/imageshack.
