Came home from work to toinght to find out that the holding Saulosi i had was not holding anymore

and i was gutted, because she had spawned with my WC male and was looking forward to seeing some fry, anyway i thought it was a weird time to spit, after about 2/3 weeks..

..


sit down in front of the tank and to my joy see two babie saulosi (fully developed) racing inbetween the rocks

so must have got my dates wrong (a blokes thing i'm sure)

anyhow, i go and reach for my camera to record the moment, and just as i begin to focus in....

The Calvus Black ambushes the pair of them......





why did i have that Calvus in the tank again oh yeah, thats right to control the fry population


Teach me for getting me dates wrong, i was scheduled to break down the rock work this weekend....


...mental note to self to get a calander and write on it spawnings in the future.....

The good / bad balance is restored.

Aww... poor little guys.

Yeah ya beat me to it: Get a calandar. I thought: "Not asking for directions" guy thing. But honestly it could be me. Although dates with actual numbers in them I don't usually leave to chance. Sometimes (and more and more often) my brain is a bucket of mud. It comes from working graveyard for 17.5 years. That's my excuse.

mum's mouth is empty and shes feeding, so this little guy's gonna have to ruff it out, trouble is he has picked his refuse point as a little crack in a rock under the place where the Johanni hangs out

Lets hope he lasts the night.......
