Hi, I have 2 juvenile golden zebra loaches, 3 guppies, 2 shrimp, and 1 nerite snail...checked my water parameters last night and everything was fine..0 nitrates, pH 6.8, temp 74, and now this morning one of the zebra loaches has a red sore on his side with some rapid breathing, I got this loach about a week ago and since then both loaches have been hanging out together but this morning the sick one is just hanging in the corner with some rapid breathing. I did a 50% water change this morning added stress and coat, paraguard, along with ammonia reducer(for good measure). This cycled tank is a few months old. Is it possible he got stuck on something? Should I isolate?? I was literally going to move them to a bigger tank today that has been cycling for a week now. Should I move healthy fish? Should I leave both loaches together in current tank? Or should I just wait to swap tanks all together. I will now quarantine all new fish I get...lesson well learned
