Hi as you can see in the attached photos, one of fishes eyes has turned red. Im worried and a little lost about what to do,

For the last two weeks, ive noticed a white spot in the middle of this eye, assuming it was some sort of blindness or bacterial infection i started doing 2x weekly water changes of 35% (my tank is 250L and 4ft) and dosing the water with AquaOne broad spectrum remedy, I was hoping to see improvement, but this morning i saw it had instead turned red
Is there anything i can do

The red is blood in the eye. This is normally caused by physical damage to the eye.

Remove any sharp objects.

Do big daily water changes and gravel clean the substrate for a week or two. Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks.

Add some salt (2 heaped tablespoons per 20 litres of water). Keep salt in there for 2 weeks.
