Im thinking about bidding on a biorb 15 on ebay. For a betta maybe, wont start until my current tanks done.

Hmm, a 15l biorb isn't really suitable for a betta...
For the same price of the biorb I'm betting you could find something both bigger and nicer for you to house a betta in. I know biorbs are quite aesthetically pleasing... but the fishes welfare has to come first.
