Funny Short Cichlid Story

We had friends over for dinner last night and my wife (Becky) was playing with our dog Euri (<-----he's on my pic) with a small laser light. Euri was chasing it around the room when Becky accidentally ran it across the Cichlid tank. Well, all the Cichlids perked up immediately, so she ran it across slower and they all went after it, it was like a feeding frenzy. Our guests were quite amused because they've never seen playful fish before

Very unusual indeed. Im getting some keyholes and CDC's(cockatoo dwarf cichlids) soon maybe ill purchase a laser light keep me ocupied for a while lol. Im easily amused.

Yes, they will chase it as long as they think they can eat it, us fish people know this but some "regular people" actually think they're playing. Laser lights aren't just for cats and blondes anymore lol.

I tried it and my angels strated fight each other so they could get to the dot! All the other fish were swimming after it. I even put the dot on the piece of bog wood that floats a little bit out of the water, and the fish were jumping up out of the water trying to get it!

I have a couple of lasers as i have 3 cats and they are simply the best cat toy ever . My Africans definitely show an interest but you want to see my Oscar and Green Terror go after it, the Oscar destroys anything in his way to get to that dot!

Thats a great idea, make it blue or something throw a fish decal on it and you can sell it for double the price of your standard laser pointer. I believe i dont see any patents attached to your last post..
