I have been trying to reply to people using the pm service, but cant due to the block saying i have to wait so many minutes before i can do it again why has this been put in place, can we get it removed ??

i can kinda understand the reasoning, but maybe take the time down? its very frustrating when trying to ask people something, especially when so many people are replying to questions
