Frozen Food got left out

The frozen food got left out by accident and defrosted. Is it still okay to use or should I toss it? It is called Cichlid Delight and contains Turkey Hearts, Brine Shrimp, Daphnia, Menhaden Fish Oil and other items.

Just like with human food...when in doubt, throw it out

I'd personally throw it away. It might have had time to form bacteria that is deadly to your fish.
