Yep, I do it quite often. Sometimes 2-3 times per block. Don't let it sit out too long. The only thing I've noticed is the water becomes a bit more murky each time you thaw it back out.

What about for longer times? I left a half full package out while I was gone for a day and I was wondering if it was still good. All in original packaging.

I wouldn't risk it but that's just me.

I never thaw and refreeze stuff, What I do is cut how much I need from the frozen cube with a knife and return the rest to the freezer.

Thanks I don’t think I will use it. I usually just use what I need but on the day that I left it out I was in a rush and before I put it back up I got distracted.
