I'm placing an order for some plants in a week or so and require a foreground carpeting plant. Up until now I was set on Glossostigma although have read it can be very invasive so will need trimming back a lot? Any other problems?

Other than that all I have considered is Hemianthus callitrichoides (HC).

Which of the two would you go for and why? If you would go with neither which would you go with?

Glosso is 'bigger' than HC, though both need controlling. U.Graminifolia is a nice grasslike carpet plant, not sure on how invasive it can be, like the others it probably needs trimmed etc on occasion - I am aiming to use this one myself in a few months. Most prefer sand rather than gravel and will appreciate a decent substrate, decent light, fertiliser and CO2.
