Fluval Fx5 :)

I'm picking up my fluval Fx5 tomorrow from my LFS. I Cannot wait.

I heard that it doesn't come with filter media is this true?

Anybody got an Fx5. If so is this true. What media do I need to get?, all of it or only some?

A new one comes with sponges around the baskets, but nothing in the baskets, I used Eheim Substrat Pro but there are loads of options (some think Seachem Matrix is better, for example).
 
If this filter is going to run a tank that loves current, get yourself a 22mm plumbing elbow and use it to replace the double nozzle, they fit snugly in the rubber connector. Another alternative is to buy some 22mm piping and a "speed-fit" stopper to make your own custom spraybar, drilling however many holes in the pipe as you wish.
