Flow In Tank

So I've been messing around with flow for awhile but I wanted to know if you think this flow is okay or if I can do it better.

Id put the outlet above the intake so it pushes water to above the powerhead then the powerhead will push it back towards the intake.

7 neon tetras, 5 corys and 1 BN pleco.

You could try angling the powerhead at front glass so it bounces off and towards the filter strainer, that way the flow circulates the tank rather than missing the front completely?
