Hello, I’m currently setting up a 20gal long I was wondering if I could add Monia or some sort of worm to the tank that isn’t dangerous to shrimp or fish so when I’m gone there is some food.

The fish will be fine for a couple of days without food. I fast mine every five days.

In nature, animals, especially predators, go for extended periods of time without eating. Since fish are cold blooded, they don't need calories to regulate their body temperatures. I heard advice (it might have been here) that I've taken to heart. "You're more likely to hurt your fish by overfeeding them than underfeeding them".
