yeah i dont think you understand what my question was.

i was asking hypothetically what would people put in a 60l tank as i dont have much knowledge of fish i.e i dont know many species or whats good for a 60l tank

im quite aware that my tank isnt mature enough for some types of fish yet i was just juat wondering in a totally mature 60l tank, what would work well

Good community fish for a small tank like that include the following:

Harlequin rasbora
Most Dwarf rasbora species
Endlers
Cherry Barbs
Honey Gourami
Dwarf Cories
Platies
Guppies
Shrimp

All of these species reach no more than 2" adult size and most are smaller than that.

i would avoid cherry barbs, they are very renowned for fin nipping and can get your guppys fins in a real state

Fair point, athough they are cracking little fish when kept in the correct company.

i think their best of in a species tank, not really suited to comunity tanks with livebearers, they can be trouble some especially when breeding
