Hello!

I am in the process of starting up an 11 gallon rimless cube (planted). I am having a very hard time figuring out what to do about filtration and am leaning towards a canister filter (if there is one small enough?). Having a hard time finding good information with google searches.

Can anyone give me some good advice regarding this?

I am aiming to avoid having gear visible.

Thanks so much!

It depends on what you want to achieve, a small external filter would be fine - you could even use glass lily pipes for aesthetics. I used to have a 35 litre rimless tank with a tetratec ex 700 on it, obviously you'll need to ensure the filter isn't too powerful or it'll blow your fish around. Otherwise you could go for an HOB filter - the azoo mignon filters are pretty good, but they don't provide much in the way of flow so they're not ideal for heaviltybplabted tanks
