Figure 8 Puffer Advice? :)

Can anyone tell me the requirements a figure 8 puffer would need ...
including tank size, tankmates, food and salinity?
sorry to ask, but the internet has told me so much contrasting stuff i dont know what's right!!!!!

Also, what are the differences between these and the green spotted puffer fish? Many thanks!
