I recently bought 5 fiddler crabs and they are doing good. I heard they are savengers and eat almost what ever. But I am only feeding them algae sinking pellets.....My question was what can I feed my fiddler crabs, can anyone make a list on what they can eat?

You can feed a fiddler crab a variety of commercial foods, including algae wagers, sinking pellets, specialized crab food, bloodworms, shrimp and krill. You can offer blanched zucchini, blanched peas and raw or boiled fish.

The fiddler crabs sold in pet stores generally come from brackish water lagoons. Because they live in lower salinity water, pet stores may call them fresh-water crabs. Regardless what your are told, they can not survive indefinitely in fresh water.

Wouldn't it have been a better idea to research the crabs before buying them? Then you have a better understanding of what they require. (Just saying)
