Female Dwarf Gourami Problems

Hello,

I've had this female dwarf gourami for about 3 months, she's been acting perfectly fine since I got her, however, I few days ago I noticed her hiding very frequently. So I decided to put her in a quarantine tank yesterday to inspect her.

I noticed a white lump on her tail instantly. She also breathes quite heavily. She eats, swims, acts perfectly fine.

I'm wondering what this could be and what could I treat it with?

Quarantine tank is 25l, Tank she was in is 160l.

A:0 NO2:0 NO3:20

Looks like some of the lumps they get with dwarf gourami disease, unfortunately. Not much you can do about it.

Keep the water clean for her, let her live as comfortably as she can, but probably won't end well. DGD is usually fatal, most dont make it past 6 months before it strikes.

Don't add any other gouramis with her as she can pass the disease to others

She was with a male dwarf gourami for the whole 3 months. Are you sure it's the dwarf gourami disease? I was hoping that was the last thing

Update: The white spots seem to have gone down after daily water changes. Do the white spots tend to go away like this if it is indeed the Dwarf Gourami Disease?
