feeding newts in an aquarium with fish

i have just added 2 newts to my aquarium which is 28gal and has 1 fancy goldfish and 6 pearl danios.

Does anyone have any advice for feeding the newts bloodworm without the goldfish eating it all first, i am worried about the goldfish over-feeding and under-feeding the newts!! currently i am sticking my arm into the tank and dropping the bloodworm right on the newts heads!!

What kind of newts are they?

they're Coldwater Albino Newts, all brown on top but wih bright orange spots on their underside. Quite big too, about 8" each.
