Feeding betta

I have read that bettas have small stomachs and it’s important not to overfeed. I’m using Aqueon Pro betta formula. The food are 1 mm. Spherical pellets. How many pellets do you suggest I provide at a feeding? Thanks.

When I had a betta in college I'd drop in like two or three pellets. Let my fish eat those and then wait like twenty minutes and feed again and then remove any leftover pellets.
But I also had my betta in a one gallon because poor college student who did not know any better.

With my last betta, if ever I had steak or prawn I'd cut him off a tiny freckle-sized slice and he'd go nuts for it.

I feed the same food. I do 2 pellets am and pm, and fast on wednesdays!

I use Hikari Betta Bio Gold. He loves them and will take them from my finger
