Feeding Anchovy

One of my cousins has a tank and he told me he fed his fish Anchovy, he doesn't do it on a regular basis but he had some and tried it, he said they loved it.

So today I had some myself and saved one for my fish just to see what happened. I held the Anchovy in the top of the tank and they all came running, they ripped at it tearing chunks off, so I broke it up in to small pieces and dropped a piece at a time in, they loved it, it got eaten very quickly.

Not sure if it is good for them on a regular basis but it was a treat for them today.

I'm not sure if it is good for them all the time, but if they like it you can give it to them as a treat every now and then. I know a lot of people feed their crayfish anchovies, but I haven't heard anything about fish eating it.
