Equipment Suggestion

My eyes were on a Red sea 130d which was going cheap, but i don't think it'll come true now.
 
So, i have started looking at a 'custom made' tank which will be about the same price, but come will come with a weir and sump and cabinet.
 
I will need to get equipment for a 110L tank with sump.  Suggestions?!  Not sure exactly what i need - a sump, heater and return pump?
 
I am hoping to get them via ebay, or if not, get ones which are not super expensive but will last better than a plug in and play.

If you have a sump, you will need a return pump definately, a good heater, use the sump for some chaeto, maybe a reactor for a phos remover, filter socks, skimmer and live rock rubble.
 
This is all down to yourself.
 
I am purchasing a custom tank I am looking at ND aquatics and there customer service and emailing is excellent.
