What are you readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH?

My readings are ammonia 0 nitrate 0 nitrite 20 ph 7.0...I never had problems with this my tank is fully cycled I just want to treat my fish what can I so and btw my filter cartridges are carbon so I If do use medicine what would I do and I already lost 2 corys this morning

0 Nitrates suggests its not cycled, do you have any live plants at all?
Which test kit are you using?

I suspect that this is a typo, because he also says he has nitrites at 20.......

anything i could do to help my cause i up my water changes i started changing them every 2 days to see if itll go away also i am not using plants as im not expirenced with plants but i do want to change to plants

Sounds like it will take a round of antibiotics to cure. Sometimes fin rot is mild and clean water will help. Sometimes Melafix will help. However, it can also be a bacterial issue which requires stronger measures. Fungal problems can also arise but it should be easy to spot those. If they also appear, they too would likely need an anti-fungal med.

I normally don't suggest specific meds when I do not know in what country the poster is.

I just did a 30% water change hopefully everything will go back to normal Ive never had a problem like this

Im going to try the whole water change if that doesnt work I'll move to medicine
