He doesn't look skinny from the picture...

Bare in mind the others of same age look like this.

They are same age and been in tank same amount of time. Even same gender by looks of it.

The fish appears fat and has flared gills. It could have gill problems or there could be a water quality problem.

It's preferable not to use chemicals when using heat because the warmer water only holds a small amount of oxygen, and chemicals decrease the oxygen levels too.

Check the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH

Ammonia, nitrite 0. Nitrate 15ppm and ph 6.8. Tested an hour ago.

Pictures and video of the sick fish?

If fish stop eating, lose weight and gasp at the surface, it's normally caused by an internal bacterial or protozoan infection. Metronidazole would be the medication to try but you won't get that in the UK. You are probably best to euthanise them and hope the remaining fish don't develop it.
I have ich x medication. Does that have Metronidazole in?

For arguments sake. Could it be the led light causing stress? Hence yo-yos hiding. The barbs to shelter from the light I have noticed. The sick fish all go to same area, next to heater between filter and heater top of tank.

What about too low kh and gh? It’s at bottom of spectrum. Not enough nutrients in water?

According to seriouslyfish.com, they should have a GH ranging from 18-357. the m=wild specimens prefer the lower end of that.
