Right now I feel so angry with myself.
My pink con whos full of eggs is starting to show signs of Ich, rubbing her self on the ground/decor
Right now shes sitting at the bottom of the tank, breathing heavily, not moving, I poked her a little with the net and she just fell over, but then fixed herself upright , shes got no white spots on here or anything - water p is Ammonia = 0
Nitrite - 0 , Nitrate 20

What could be wrong, the current just blows her about, she wont eat.
No visiable signs of sickness.

Help please!

What made you think she was full of eggs? Was she bloated looking? Because it could be dropsy or an internal bacterial infection... or she could be egg bound....

Well her body is mostly orange and is getting really bloated looking, its not dropsy, also I posted a video awhile back in the cichlid section and I was told she was full of eggs.
