Nope, but I wouldn't think it'd take long. I can go to bed and wake up and there's one in the tank. But I've never bred bettas, or anything to be honest (except guppies, but they don't require anything special to make it happen).

My betta builds 'em when he's happy. I'm gonna get him a wife as soon as I am told whether she can go in my community tank or not.

Have them ready by 6 weeks old. You may have to jar them as early as that. I did.
