Since last week my Honey gourami isn't behaving all that well. Lately it's been sitting on the gravel and hardly moving at all.
I've had it for almost a year now and nothing new has been added to the tank.(Aside from an airstone) The bigger and more healthier gourami sits near the "sick" gourami, but it is healthy. So why is it that one of my gourami is behaving like it's at death's door, while the other one is as fit as ever. They are in a 30gal with 2 bolivian rams and 2 harlequin rasboras.

PS: The gourami shows no physical dfects, ex. damaged fins etc...

Is it eating?

This is typical of gouramies with internal bacterial infections and is usually accompanied with a loss of appetite. Usually they'll also develop dropsy. Unfortunately, it's difficult to treat at this point.
