i have my male honey gourami laying on the bottom of the tank. hes in full colors....black, with bright yellow fins. ususaly he does this when him and the misses are frisky...but he doesnt look so good. also his little feelers are kinda clumby, not the usualy clean white.

any ideas? i didnt think hed make it through the night but hes still hurtin. my main concern was if he got enough to eat. since theyre middle feeders its hard for them to get food sometimes. but i figured they graze on things all day long. i hope its not too late to start feeding him personaly if thats the case.

my other idea is that hes just old. hes smaller than the female, which i believe is normal...so determining his age is hard.

please help me guys..i HATE losing fish in my community tank. stats and such are in my sig...all the tests are fine...all 0's besides the 20ppm of nitrate.

sorry bud, sucks losing fish... just lost my favorite yoyo a couple of weeks ago, and one of my hatchets a few days ago. No fun
