The band Nightwish?
I heard one of their songs on a YouTube video (Bye Bye Beautiful), and I absolutely fell in love with this totally awesome Finland Symphonic Heavy Metal band.
I currently have three of their entire albums, including Once, Nemo, and Dark Passion Play.
Anyone else like them?

I checked them out. They are good instrumentally, but their singing is just alright. I didn't really like the lead vocalist, or the back up vocalists for that matter.
