Do They Eat Plants?

Will fish such as Guppies, Mollies, Platies, Swordtails, Tetras and Corydoras eat plants?

Will fish such as Guppies, Mollies, Platies, Swordtails, Tetras and Corydoras eat plants?

From my experience of having/had all the above they have never seriously eaten my plants. My guessing is if you feed em they wont work hard for more food by eating plants. Maybe pecking at the algae growing on them will make it look like they are eating your plants.

Having said all that, mabe they just don't find my plants to their liking

Okay, thanks. I've never had live plants with the above and just wanted to make sure before putting them together.
