Do kuhli loaches eat eggs/fry?

Hey, kids. I want to establish a couple schools of egg-scattering rasboras in my tank, including a rare species which I am hoping will breed. Considering kuhli loaches with them, and wondering if they are reasonably safe for eggs and fry. Inform me, o fishy ones!

All fish including Khuli Loaches will eat fish eggs if they find them. Snails and shrimp eat fish eggs too.

If you have rare species, put them in a single species tank and breed them. When you have lots of them, you can mix them with other species.

Agree, Khuli will eat eggs. You can add spawning mops and try to move any eggs before they become snack for the other fishies as they will eat their own eggs too!

I concur with the breeding tank and/or species only tank for the rare fish.
