No clue what you’re talking about without a picture.

is there any clay thats safe?
Terra-cotta pots are safe to use.

is there any safe glaze?
I wouldn’t use glaze on the pots.

can i make a resin mold or smething with aqarium glue?
Are you meaning something like this?

Lots of people use ceramic or terracotta pots. Have a look on Amazon, some of the resin stuff is quite cool, and of course plenty that is hideous :). Depending on your setup you can also try coconut shells or the old fallback of PVC pipe. You can grow moss on the outside or use silicone to stick anything to it.

Clay is fine when it has been fired.
Clay that hasn't been fired in a kiln will melt in the water.

Most glazes are fine on ceramics. Some of the old glazes from 100 years ago weren't safe due to what was in them, but any modern glaze used for plates, cups, bowls, etc, are fine.
