Diffuser Messed Me Up

great , I always thought I needed more fast growers to prevent some algae problems that I have...but today I found out that my co2 tube wasnt sending c02 bubbles into my tank...great , rite after spending on new plants, having multiple headaches, and redecorating many times... the lil problem was my bubble counter cap was not properly screwed on rite

Seriously, don't feel bad. I just flooded my floor again last week because I forgot to turn the tap on the canister inflow off.
Does anyone know of a good insurance company with a policy covering acts of idiocy?
