Darter Tetra

Hi

I seen this fish on a couple of websites and I was wondering if any body had heard of this fish and is I available in the united kingdom

looks like a Characidium fasciatum Darter characin.
I can't say I've ever seen them on any import list or in any shops

they are found in lentic waters, so probebly are not for tanks with a high flow.
subtropical prefering temp of 18-20c but can go as high as 24c
