Crayfish?

 what do I need to make my tank realy for a crayfish?
 
 Can I keep a Elecrtic Bule, Neon red and a pearl loster in a 48 gallon tank? Or just 2 of them?
 
 Can I keep snail with crayfish?

They would most Likely squabble over food and territory no idea with the snail yhing

I've seen a small group of red females without any issues. 2 males are a different issue
