i have a big piece of cork bark is it safe to use in an aquarium? i have used it before but it was years ago when i was a bit younger and lss understanding. howerver i dont recall any deaths

Never heard of it being used & being cork surely it would float?

Should be fine If you can get it to stay down. I used to have some stuck to glass that formed terraces.

thats exactly what i was thinking. sticking it to the back glass.

cork bark is fine, it makes for some nice aquascapes. Securing to some slate will stop it from floating.

One day I will finally get round to trying cork bark "terraces" secured to the back and sides of my Synodontis nigriventris tank, it is supposed to make them a lot more visible.:fun:
