How long inbetween spawnings for convict cichlids? I bought some from my lfs yesterday. I knew they were a pair because they were guarding there eggs in the tank at the store. Im going start feeding them bloodworms tomorrow maybe.

depends on how comfy they get could be as long as a few months and as short as a few weeks. cichlids have also been know to break up when they see that the eggs/fry have been taken away from them.
