Concrete In Water..

I was wondering in the distant future to make a huge aquarium size:360cm 330cm 200 cm...with the front being made out of 8cm glass and rest out of concrete(bottom,sides,lenghts)..Will the fish suffer?And also the concrete being paved with stone...
