Coldwater Guppies?

I've seen guppies survive low temps, but temp swings can put a hurt on them. What temp is your tank staying at currently?

I have sometimes kept guppies at 70F with no trouble. We are used to them living the high metabolism life at higher temperatures but they actually do quite nicely at 70F. I would avoid trying to keep them at 65 F as if they were goodeids though.

My endler tank is unheated and has about 80 happy fish in it. The temp swings quiet a bit depending on if the lights are on or not.

As long as you are protecting the fish from low temperatures, the guppies will be fine moving with room temperatures.

i have kept guppies in unheated tanks at room temp for a long time now.

Like said above if you ensure their no lower than 70f their be fine.
