....it's like the guy that took less than a penny from everyones interest on bank accounts and he had over 1m transferred to a account of his.

And then a nice old lady checked her sums and added it up and complained about her missing penny and he lost his money

He didn't accept Paypal and had he done so, they would take the money out of his account and refund it if he can't prove delivery.

As for the cost, he also charged postage, so he got more, he also had about 20 of these listed at one time, so could have got lots of money.

This should be reported to the police as it is a case of theft and there could be several more, don't forget Paul v Biker had his address to send the cheque to, we could do plenty with that info.

And Leck85 unfortunately eBay is a toothless tiger, it will not refund anything as they didn't get the money all they can do is kick him off eBay, but as he's already not registered he's either quit or already been kicked off. Unfortunately he can re-register quite easily though.

Unfortunately not near him, but lots of junk mail could make it's way to him .

You should report him to the police and I believe trading standards take a dim view of it also, I know it's only a few quid, but if everyone does it he will get a knock on his door from the police as it is theft and probably fraud.

I'm trying to contact him to see if he'll send me one or if he's got a new eBay account.
