hi i was wondering if any one knew which is the best chiller system for my 70gal breeders setup

Are we talking about just a few degrees? Assuming it's an open top tank, hanging a regular tabletop fan or two above the tank can help a lot (although it will also result in faster evaporation), and you can adjust the distance between the fan(s) and the water surface to achieve the temperature you want.

For a significant temperature drop, run a bit of tubing though a bar refrigerator, one of the little ones, and circulate tank water through the tubing. The more tubing you have in the refrigerator, the closer the water temperature in the tubing will come to the refrigerator box's temperature.

it got up to 92F 2 days ago and i like my tanks at 78-80f i also did the maths and it might be cheaper to buy a small one that does about 80gal at least any ideas please

my tank went up in temp once, and i have 2 heaters so i lowered the temp on both of them, and i did water changes and put freezing water in it, and also i had fans going for one night, then the tank went down about 6 degrees, so it was all good.

try lowering the heater temp and put fans on for a night, its way less expensive and easy.

Yeah; during the summer here, I have to un-plug the heater from my tank, and we have to keep the a/c blasting, but it *STILL* goes up to 85*F every day. >.<;
