I've just bought this from my local garden centre. I'm pretty certain it's pure K2SO4 and have sent an e-mail to the manufacturer to confirm.
I wasn't too fussed about dosing extra Potassium but I thought I may as well at this price. You can't really OD anyway so it's worth a try.
I post a confirmation when I get a reply from the maker.
