Cheap Mopani

Just been to The Range and noticed that in their pets section they had some smaller pieces of mopani bogwood for £1.99. I picked up a couple of pieces as I didn't think that was a bad price.

It's not a bad shop really. Got loads of aquatic stuff in. Nearly had a break down though and bought some fake plants... but I resisted. Lol.

I got a large peice, about 2 foot long, nice shape, for £12 which seemed a good price And pretty much everything in there is cheaper then all of my LFS'

Yeah they had some nice pieces in for that price too. Put a piece on Monday night and the water has gone bright yellow... took it out now and its soaking in a bucket of warm water. Going to leave them soaking until I redo my main tank at the weekend.

Popped in my local Range yesterday to look at the mopani, but came away with an Algarde "root" for my Synodontis nigriventris group to roost in during the daytime, cheapest price I've seen them!

This is happy to see, as I have a range 10 minutes away. Must have a venture some time soon see if I can pick a good deal up!

Make sure he doesn't get inside it as i had to cut one of mine to pieces to get a Spotted Raphael Catfish out when i was rearranging the tank.

This is happy to see, as I have a range 10 minutes away. Must have a venture some time soon see if I can pick a good deal up!

Definately worth a trip mate, the treatments and equipment is really good and seems cheaper than many LFS.
