Cannot Get Rid Of White Spot

Hi have been having a battle with my tank the last few months all my fish keep getting white spot, i have treated the tank over and over again restocked and they are still getting it. At the moment i have just 5 minnows in the tank which are tempreate fish, im just not willing to keep sending fish to there death i have a 10 gallon tank ive done all the necessary water changes etc changed plants etc each time the white spot appears. The minnows that are in the tank at the moment dont seem to be affected not sure why.

Are you using the same whitespot med each time? Some strains of whitespot are resistant to some meds, so you might need a different one.

Had the same problem. Tried loads of chemicals and nothing seemed to work. Ended up using aquarium salt and haven't had a problem since.

no have used one from pet at home and another brand from my lfs, each time i put some new fish in its literally a couple of days and they are covered in it i treat the tank few more days and they are dead.

what all the time or just when the tank was infected ?

I just dosed the tank once with aquarium salt.
