Can Unsettled Sand Cause Harm?

to the fish? ive just topped up the sand in my tank, and its very cloudy can this harm tham at all?

Should of put it in a cup and place it at the bottom.

You should be ok.

Should be fine I often put fish strait in although running a sponge around the surface removes all that nasty orangy bubble stuff

aye i put on the bubbles from my filter so i got extra aeriation to get rid of that stuff!

its mostly all settled now and no harm done!

my betta is a little p'eed off and is sulking but apart from that all good =]
