Can Otos Over Eat?

Got 3 otos for my rather algaed tank this morning and they haven't stopped eating.

Can they over-do it?

Saw one with a long (5mm) black poo for a while. Gone after about 5 mins.

Am I panicking?

Hi cs091,dont worry about your Otos ,they are obviously very hungry.A fat Oto is usually a healthy Oto.

I should show you the guts on my ottos, boy they need a diet lol. Talking about extreme vegetarians there, lol.

Those guys can really munch!

I just hope they will eat wafers or veggies once all the algae has gone.
