Well I caught him! Just thought id give it a go with the net to see how fast he really was and got him first time. I put him in a jam jar and took him back today. Fish shop owner said it probably was a CAE but that he would be fine and the only time they are aggressive and attack and suck on the coats of other fish is when there is not enough food. I said id rather not risk it - cos ive read up on them and frankly think hes wrong!
Shame as he was so cute and i didnt want to give him back but did it for the good of the other tank occupants! trust me to get a freebie that was no good!!
